The University of Canberra offers a number of accommodation options for future and current students. You can choose to apply to live in campus accommodation or to arrange accommodation out in the Canberra community.
Please remember that at certain times throughout the year, especially at the beginning of each Semester, it can be extremely difficult to find and secure accommodation in Canberra, it is therefore very important you start your search early.

there are several accommodations available for new students

1. COOPER LODGE
Cooper Lodge is a brand new 416 bed accommodation facility close to the heart of the University campus just behind Building 5. This facility is managed by UniLodge and offers self-catered studio and multi-share apartment living. Bookings are now being taken for Cooper Lodge .



2. ARSCOTT HOUSE
The University of Canberra Students’ Association manages Arscott House, a fully catered 214 bed facility just across the road from the University Campus.
2014 pricing for Arscott House depends on the length of stay booked:
* Whole Academic Year (41 weeks) – $295.00 per week
* Single Semester (16 weeks) – $320.00 per week
Arscott House residency fees include three meals a day, seven days per week, as well as all utilities – water, gas, heating and electricity.
There are separate charges for Internet and telephone use. There is also a $60 per semester activities fee, and a refundable bond of $960 charged to all residents.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $60.00.
